What kind of batteries does it take?
A: 2 AA batteries, not included.

Where do I put the batteries?
A: The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the unit. Turn the Emjoi Lady Shaver upside down. The On/Off switch should be facing away from you. Place your thumb and index fingers on the divots and gently squeeze and pull the bottom of the unit up. Place 2 AA batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.

Is it waterproof?
A: Yes. It is waterproof so you can use it in the shower and it can be used as a dry shaver.

How big is it?
A: The Emjoi Lady shaver is compact at 4 inches long and it weighs only 4 ounces.

What is the comb part of the shaver head used for?
A: It is a long hair trimmer. We added that to the unit to make the shaving head even better. You can use it to trim extra long hairs. It is great for the bikini line.

How many speeds does it have?
A: One speed.

How do I clean it?
A: Push the two pink buttons on both sides of the shaver head and gently lift the top off. Use the brush provided to remove hair build up. To remove residue from the foil head and long hair trimmer use a moistened cotton swab with rubbing alcohol. Lightly brush the swab over the blades and foil head.
