What head should I use for my chin hairs?
A: We recommend using the epilation head for individual hairs on the face because it removes hair from the root so you'll be hair free longer. The shaver head is great for the legs, bikini line and underarms.

What is the comb part of the shaver head used for?
A: It is a long hair trimmer. We added that to the unit to make the shaving head even better. You can use it to trim extra long hairs. It is great for the bikini line.

Is either of the heads waterproof?
A: No. Only use this product away from water to prevent it from getting wet and damaging the unit.

Why does it come with two heads?
A: To give you the option to epilate for long term smoothness or shave to leave you hair free for a shorter amount of time.

Which speed should I use the heads on?
A: The epilation head can be used on either high or low speed. High speed is recommended for coarse hair and low speed is recommended for fine hair. The shaver head can only be used on the high speed.
