A: We confirm that the Radio Frequencies at all settings are 27.125 MHz. Voltage outputs are:
Hi-4.0 - 5.5V
Med - 2.5 - 4.0V
Lo - 1.5 - 3.0V

Is this a permanent removal of my hair?
A: No, though after using this product several times your hair will become thinner and finer.

How do I know the product is working?
A: When clasping the tweezers together your indicator light should get brighter, which indicates that the product is working.

Can I use this product with a pacemaker?
A: With any medical condition we would suggest you consult your physician.

Why does it have 2 different tweezers?
A:The regular tweezer is to remove single hairs. The coil tweezer is designed to remove multiple hairs.

How long should hold the tweezers onto the hair?
A:You should the tweezer on the hair for 20-30 seconds.

What setting should I use on my bikini line?
A:There are three intensities to allow the user to choose which setting is right for them. For fine hair we suggest the low or medium setting. To remove coarse dark hairs the high setting is recommended.

Will using the Beauty Forever shock me?
A:No. There is no harmful electricity emitted from the tweezers.

Will the Beauty Forever hurt more than tweezing?
A:No. It will be less painful than tweezing because you are not just yanking the hair out, you are damaging the root with Radio Frequency technology.
